Electrodeposited Fabrication of CeO2 Branched-like Nanostructure Used for Nonenzymatic Glucose Biosensor

The fabrication of nonenzymatic glucose sensors is essential because the enhancement in selectivity and accuracy these sensors. In this work, we used electrodeposition approach to prepare a CeO2-based electrode for detection. A CeO2 branched-like nanostructure was successfully fabricated by on surface Au substrate at room temperature. effects cyclic voltammetry, CH3COOH content, scan cycle number formation were investigated. electrodes characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). results showed that could be obtained with content 1.0 mL 100 solution containing 0.015 M Ce(NO3)3, 0.01 KCl, 0.02 CH3COONH4 rate 400 mV/s. electrochemical characteristics sensor examined chronoamperometry voltammetry. sensitivity 37.72 μA/mM·cm2 limit detection (LOD) 0.093 mM. findings work prove it feasible fabricate
